Goalkeeper Plamen Andreev has extended his contract with the Bulgarian football club Levski until the summer of 2026, the "Blues" on its official website, Topsport reported.

Earlier in the day, another teenager - Antoine Stoyanov - did the same.

"PFK Levski extended the contract of goalkeeper Plamen Andreev. The term of the contract is until the summer of 2026", reports the club.

"The club's junior made his debut for Levski on May 23, 2021 in the 2:1 victory over Black Sea. For the representative team of the "blues" Andreev has recorded 84 matches. He is the winner of the Bulgarian Cup in 2022 and the best young footballer in Bulgaria in the 2022/2023 season.

"PFK Levski wishes Plamen Andreev many victories, dry nets and happy moments with the blue shirt".

The leadership of Levski is experiencing serious difficulties in getting rid of the players who do not fall into the accounts of the new coach Stanislav Genchev, writes "Novsport".

The specialist stated during the camp in Pravets that he was not satisfied with the performance of four football players. According to our information, among the players in question are Patrick Mislovic, Asen Chanderov and Carlos Ohene.

However, they have no intention of leaving "Gerena" easily. "The Blues" they either have to find them new teams or pay them penalties for terminating their contracts.

At this stage, there are no people willing to attract Mislovic and Ohene, and Chanderov's option is to return to Septemvri Sofia. At the same time, the bosses of the capital city have no intention of paying the players to leave.

It is the impossibility of parting with Mislovic, Chanderov and Ohene at this stage that also failed the transfer of Serkan Yusein from Krumovgrad to Levski.
