A spokesman for the Paris Olympic Games Organizing Committee made an official statement to the American CBS television on the occasion the scandals of the match between Morocco and Argentina in the group phase of the football tournament, Topsport reported.

"The football match between Argentina and Morocco in Saint-Etienne was abandoned due to a group of fans invading the pitch. The meeting was resumed and concluded in safe and peaceful conditions. The organizing committee is working on clarifying the reasons for the termination of the match. We will take the necessary measures.
