Lamborghini has launched a branded snowboard with a supercar-style design. The board is called Warpspeed and was released in collaboration with CAPiTA Snowboards and Union Binding in a quantity of 200 pieces. Its price is 1,300 euros.
The Warpspeed snowboard is available in three different sizes. The board's circulation is highly limited - 200 copies. All are manufactured at the CAPiTA factory, which is powered entirely by renewable energy.
The Warpspeed design uses boosters made of a material called Megacarbon, which provides control and stability at high speeds. Belonging to the limited series is evidenced not only by the color, but also by the special shape of the nose and tail.
The board is equipped with Union Falcor Automobili Lamborghini fasteners, whose highback is the first in the industry made of pressed carbon fiber (forged carbon). The mounts, as well as the snowboard itself, are suitable for riding both on groomed slopes and for freeride.
As already made clear, the Lamborghini board costs 1,300 euros, but it is not the most expensive in the CAPiTA line. For example, a splitboard with the eloquent name Mega Split costs 1,500 euros. The series of 200 snowboards is expected to sell out quickly.
