Taiwan intercepted more than 20 Chinese warplanes in the Taiwan Strait this morning, reported "Reuters".
Reuters first reported 12 Chinese air force planes entered Taiwanese airspace over the Taiwan Strait today, citing a defense ministry statement in Taipei. 12 machines have crossed the middle line of the strait that separates the airspaces of China and Taiwan.
The three-day visit of US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to China ended yesterday.
The visit follows a new package of US military aid totaling $95 billion for US allies, including Taiwan.
