Two people died as a result of a gas explosion in a residential building in the Russian city of Kirsanov, Tambov region.
Eight people were taken to a medical facility, five of them refused hospitalization. Residents are being evacuated, a temporary accommodation center has been prepared for them.
The explosion took place on the fourth floor of a five-story building on "Communisticheska" Street. After the explosion, a fire broke out, spreading over 150 square meters. , which is now extinguished. The top two floors were damaged.
