Russian forces attacked the Ukrainian city of Zaporozhye with combat drones last night, injuring at least one person and causing damage to residential buildings, the head of the regional military administration Ivan Fedorov announced on "Telegram", quoted by Ukrinform, BTA reports.
"The Russians attacked Zaporozhye with "Shahed" drones. According to preliminary data, the blast wave caused damage to residential buildings, private homes and garages. "Fights have also broken out in apartments on the upper floors of a multi-storey residential building," Fedorov wrote.
All emergency services have been dispatched to the scene to provide assistance to the affected residents, the head of the Zaporizhia regional military administration added.
Earlier, a Russian airstrike in a frontline settlement in the Zaporizhia region hit a medical clinic.
