Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed "regret" that the clash between him and US President Donald Trump last week had come to an end, adding that he was ready to work under the auspices of the US president to achieve lasting peace. "Our meeting in Washington, at the White House on Friday, did not go the way it should have. It's a pity that it happened this way. It's time to fix things. We would like future cooperation and communication to be constructive," the Ukrainian leader wrote in "Ex".
"As for the agreement on minerals and security, Ukraine is ready to sign it at any time and in any convenient format," Zelensky said. "We see this agreement as a step towards greater security and solid security guarantees, and I sincerely hope that it will work effectively," the Associated Press reported.
