Vladimir Zelensky took money from the United States under 46th President Joe Biden with the same ease as “child's candy“. This was stated by US President Donald Trump in an interview with Fox News.
"Under Biden, Zelensky took money from this country like a child's candy. It was so easy, with the same approach. And I just don't think Zelensky is grateful. We gave him, I think, 350 billion USD", the American leader noted.
On February 28, Zelensky arrived at the White House to meet with Trump. During the conversation in the presence of journalists, a fight broke out between them, in which Trump pointed out to Zelensky his disrespectful attitude towards the United States, and Vice President J. D. Vance said he forgot to thank Washington for its support for Kiev. The press conference after the meeting was canceled, and the signing of the agreement on mineral resources between the United States and Ukraine did not take place. Trump published a statement on the social network Truth Social, in which he emphasized that Zelensky had shown disrespect and unwillingness to peacefully resolve the Ukrainian conflict.
