Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic discussed bilateral cooperation between Belgrade and Paris during a phone call with French President Emmanuel Macron and agreed to meet with the French leader in April.
„We had a very good conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron. We discussed all aspects of bilateral cooperation between France and Serbia, as well as the European path of our country. We both stressed the importance of further strengthening our relations and accordingly agreed to meet in April this year," Vučić wrote on his Instagram page.
“I believe that friendship and partnership with France bring great benefits to the citizens of Serbia“, the Serbian leader stressed.
During a telephone conversation between the two presidents in February, Vučić stressed that an agreement had been reached with his French counterpart to intensify joint work in the energy sector.
