Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called for more pressure on Moscow after a Russian strike on his hometown of Kryvyi Rih today, killing at least four people, Reuters reported, BTA reports.
Zelensky posted photos of the attack on the social network “Ex“ showing bloodied bodies on the ground and thick black smoke rising from a burning building.
“Around the world, such attacks are called the same thing - terror. The only way to stop this is through increased pressure on Moscow, on the Russian system, to force it to abandon war and terror,“ the Ukrainian president said.
According to local authorities, among the 14 injured are an eight-year-old boy in serious condition and a six-year-old girl. It was not specified which object was the target of the strike, but the explosion caused damage to a fitness center, an administrative building and apartment blocks, the regional governor said.
