According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, since the beginning of the year, the co-founder of the Eurochem and SUEK companies Andrey Melnichenko has earned 5.29 billion USD, his fortune is 24.1 billion USD. The value of the billionaire's cash investments and personal assets is partly based on media reports and figures provided by representatives of the companies' press offices. The status of the main shareholder of Severstal Alexey Mordashov increased by USD 3.75 billion to USD 24.6 billion. The value of its cash investments is based on an analysis of dividends, internal transactions, taxes and market performance. At the same time, the chairman of the board of directors of NLMK Vladimir Lisin earned USD 2.91 billion, increasing his fortune to USD 26.9 billion (the value of the billionaire's monetary investments and personal assets is partly based on an analysis of dividends, internal transactions and market indicators).
The biggest losses were incurred by the shareholder of the largest producer of iron ore in Russia, Metalloinvest. Alisher Usmanov's fortune decreased by USD 2.8 billion to USD 18.3 billion.
