Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the republic has resolved problems caused by the global computer crash on July 19.
„Now we have no problems because of this crisis. Turkish Airlines and all other structures and departments have taken the necessary measures. We still have some small disruptions, but there are no such problems as in the whole world. We are in a better position," Erdoğan was quoted as saying by TV channel TRT.
Turkish Airlines canceled more than 80 domestic and international flights on Friday due to a global computer crash. The airline said passengers can exchange tickets for free until July 25. On the same day, problems arose in Turkey with access to banking services and the operation of many electronic platforms.
