Electrohold officially closed the 17th edition of the Internship Program 2024, in which more than 52 students from 10 universities from the country and abroad participated.
The ceremony was held on September 10 in Pernik. After her, the interns got involved in the improvement of the city center. They graffitied an Electrohold substation with the theme “Your energy”. Partners in painting are the artists from Sofia Graffiti Tour.
Electrohold's internship program is enriched and developed every year. The paid internship offers flexible working hours and duration. It enables participants to gain practical skills in a real work environment, provides qualified mentors, provides valuable teamwork experience and builds social skills. Between 10 and 12% of trainees return the following year, with some continuing their development in another professional field.
Within the program in 2024, trainees went through technical training and personal and career development training. They learned about the management of the electricity distribution network, the digitization of processes and the upcoming changes in the energy sector.
For 17 years, more than 1500 pupils and students have gone through the internship program of Electrohold. An average of 37% remained employed in the group.
