At the moment, „Rosatom - RES“ manages 1,035 megawatts of wind energy capacity. The company implements projects in the field of wind energy from the design of wind power plants (WPPs) to their servicing. The “Atommash“ plant in Volgodonsk produces hubs, nacelles, generators and cooling systems for wind turbines with a capacity of 2.5 megawatts. The level of localization of equipment is 68%, and it is planned to reach 80-85%.

In Kyrgyzstan “Rosatom“ implements strategic projects for cooperation in the energy sector - for the construction of a small-capacity nuclear power plant, for the construction of small hydroelectric power plants, as well as for the application of nuclear technologies in healthcare by creating a radiopharmaceutical pharmacy and a center for molecular imaging diagnostics.
