ERM apologizes to its customers for the inconvenience caused by the power outages in parts of Western Bulgaria at the end of 2024 due to bad weather conditions.
All valid claims for compensation for the lack of electricity received to date, for which a bank account is indicated, have been paid. The process of processing and paying the received claims continues.
Customers who were left without electricity due to the deteriorated weather conditions at the end of 2024 should submit a request to the company for payment of monetary compensation. Requests can be submitted by e-mail [email protected], at the company's shopping center and via the website at: https://info.ermzapad.bg/webint/vok/contact-us.php.
Applications should be submitted by the registered client for the facility or his/her proxy and contain the following information:

Client number or metering point, or subscriber number

The period in which the facility was without power supply

IBAN, three names and personal identification number of the bank account holder.
In case the client wishes the amount to be transferred to another bank account, the IBAN, full name and personal identification number of the person to whom the compensation is to be paid must be provided.
In cases where the data in the company's client system has not been updated and the person is not registered as a client, it is necessary to re-register in one of the following ways:

In order for the compensation request to be honored, the power supply to the property must not be interrupted due to unpaid debts or illegal use of electricity.
