This is a jump of BGN 1 compared to the previous quarter until June, when the required net income for maintenance was BGN 1,453. A check on the KNSB website showed that BGN 1,454 was the required minimum wage for one worker for the first quarter up to March of this year.
A family of two workers with a child under the age of 14 needs a minimum of BGN 2,616 per month, according to the trade unionists' calculations.
On a quarterly basis, the increase in money for maintenance was 0.1%. However, on an annual basis, the required income compared to September 2023 increases by 1.9 percent.
