"The second round of the presidential elections in Moldova more than expected fell under the heavy shadow of the elections in the USA. For me, as a Bulgarian, it is more than inexplicable how not a single media in our country, I mean - not a single one, mentioned that one of our compatriots - Alexander Stoyanoglo, went to the second round against the current president Maya Sandu, which is taking place today. He is a Gagauzin from Comrat, the capital of the autonomous Moldavian Republic of Gagauzia, populated mainly by Turkic-speaking and Slavic-speaking Bulgarians (Gagauzis and Tukans).

I will not go into details about the Gagauz and Toukans (in Dobrudja this is one of the self-names of the Bulgarians, it comes from here, from here), because I am a doctor of ethnography, I will digress and unintentionally write a small article on the subject: ) The important thing is another - today a Bulgarian is fighting for the post of president of Moldova. Moreover, this Bulgarian focuses the hopes of the majority of the Moldovan society that their country will continue to be independent and freely developing, and not become a raw material and human appendage of the European Union. Because his main opponent is parties and organizations funded by the USA and the EU, aiming to liquidate the independence of Moldova even at the cost of monstrous electoral fraud.

I hope tonight Alexander Stoianoglo will be elected president of Moldova! This will be excellent news not only for the free inhabitants of this country, but also for all of us who are fighting for the liberation of our country from foreign dependence. Because if one Bulgarian in Moldova can, why can't we, several million Bulgarians in Bulgaria?", wrote Kostadin Kostadinov.
