Two appeals against the election results are already a fact in the Constitutional Court. First of "There is such a people" they asked for a partial annulment of the elections. Hours later than "Majesty" they also asked for a complete checkout. Both complaints were signed by deputies from the parliamentary groups of ITN, PP-DB, "BSP for Bulgaria" and independent from those loyal to Ahmed Dogan and the disintegrated "Majesty", reported BNT.

The complaint of "There is such a people" was signed by 67 deputies. Among the evidence are the reports on violations in the reporting of the results in the sections.

"52 are the sections for which we want a new census, accordingly our request is for them. We are looking at three violations of the Election Code. The first is about writing results from the sectional election commissions, the second concerns the transfer of votes of a relevant political party to the column of another political party and the third violation and non-fulfillment of Article 57 of the IC, namely lack of video surveillance," explained Alexander Rashev from ITN.

From ITN, they are expecting the appeal that PP-DB is preparing, and they have stated that they are ready to support all requests to contest the elections.

"Any attack on this election is welcome - at least because it shows some desire for justice. These are not the only elections in which these tricks were used - they just went too far," said Toshko Yordanov from ITN.

Deputies from the collapsed group of "Velichie" arrived with a second complaint before the Constitutional Court. They have collected 58 signatures.

"We are entering the Constitutional Court today to submit a request for a full annulment of the October 27 elections, with the condition of alternative - including the possibility of partial annulment,'' said Krasimira Katicharova from Velichie.

The request includes evidence from a review of more than 6,500 sections. Some of them claim to have discovered violations that changed the result of the vote.

"338 sections in which it is proved that they were taken from or handed over to other parties, from the party "Majesty" 339 votes. Plus those that BNT found 28, they are also in this folder," said Nikolay Pankov from "Velichie".

According to the complaint, the reason for the cashing out is the lack of video surveillance in more than 380 sections.

"To this, however, are added many more sections where the video surveillance is completely blacked out, i.e. stands in front of the cameras, puts bottles in front of the cameras, looks at the camera at the ceiling, etc. The next, which is a very serious violation, is the presence of pens on the desks, which is absolutely prohibited by the CEC," Nikolay Pankov added.

From "Majesty" they also claim to have presented evidence of the destruction and addition of protocols in some of the sectional commissions. The Constitutional Court has already opened a case on the request submitted by ITN. The speaker is Yanaki Stoilov. The term for a ruling is up to two months.
