One of the mistakes that Bulgaria made - legislative, is to put a list of 10 people who can be prime ministers.
This is what Prof. Ognyan Gerdzhikov, former chairman of the National Assembly and former acting prime minister, told BNT.
According to him, it is not dramatic that the National Assembly itself chooses an acting prime minister - "the bad is the list".
In his words, the President of the National Assembly may have a legislative program, but this cannot be decisive.
Regarding the powers of the president, Prof. Gerdzhikov pointed out that his powers come when the official cabinet comes, which, as a rule, should be very rare.
He emphasized that in recent years we have witnessed a lot of marriage in the legislation.
"Nothing is accidental. This is adventurism, legislative amateurism. We are not professionals in making laws, we are amateurs," he added.
