Negotiations should be held for a majority, not for the Speaker of the Parliament.
This was said before the start of the fifth attempt to elect the Speaker of the National Assembly Toma Bikov from GERB-SDS, quoted by BNT.
From Toma Bykov's words, it became clear that the negotiations for a majority should be conducted by the four political formations, on which the possibility of forming it depended.
„There must be conversations. This is the way .. with appeals – "Let's uncork, let's adopt a budget". How will it be received? That's right, we accept in this way several times and we have 18 billion in debt. Will it become 40 billion with this budget? It is better until everything is clarified, it is even better to stay in this position”, commented Toma Bikov from GERB-SDS.
