The President's ability to act as a party leader has increased. Reneta Indjova, former acting prime minister, stated this to BNR.
"Something arrived at as a consequence of changing the Constitution in a direction that wanted to take away the prerogatives and powers of the President, but actually armed him with new ones".
Those who are pushing the events towards new elections aim to achieve complete discrediting of the current parliamentary model in order to replace it with something else, Indjova also noted in the program "Horizon for you".
"In every election, there will be the introduction of new design projects into the idea of endless fragmentation of the political space.
Everything depends on how long society can endure this game, which cannot be regulated from outside because it is Bulgarian. It was invented so that a behind-the-scenes model of governance could take place.
We need to see which of the oligarchs support parties in order to understand who are interested in the possible closure of the 51st Parliament.
It is possible to reach a regular government, which will be short-lived as an official, the former acting prime minister admitted.
"An official government can also be created, which is supposedly created by the parliament, but in fact is a projection of the presidential power".
She commented on Boyko Borisov's refusal to be prime minister.
"The fact that Borisov makes a compromise speaks of a reasonable political position".
