It is as if we are moving towards an agreement between the political parties, which is not a coalition, but a coalition.
This is what sociologist Andrey Raichev told FOCUS.
A coalition is currently emerging between three parties, whose deputies, however, are 107. "They need 14 deputies on all issues, i.e. they need a supporting partner, and this is Ahmed Dogan in the person of Atalay and Dzhevdet Chakarov. The accusations from the PP-DB are that this is Peevski again. And this is the biggest mystery for me, because it is impossible for Ahmed Dogan to support something that is in direct benefit of Peevski", commented Andrey Raichev.
He pointed out that in the PP-DB coalition there are three versions of their position within the 51st National Assembly: an alliance against Putin on the basis of liberalism, an alliance against Peevski on the basis of law and an alliance against the status quo.
"These are three different lines, they want three different policies, they have different internal logic. There are some internal tensions in the PP - some say one thing, others say another, and this will not lead them to anything good, not because they are pursuing the wrong policy, but because they are pursuing three policies," explained Raichev.
