The whole idea of a complete ban on vapes is to stop adolescents from accessing them. Smoking is a vice that damages health and cigarettes should be banned, but this is my personal opinion. The rational approach assumes that adults decide for themselves what to do with their health. A direct ban is not rational in many cases. With vapes, addiction occurs extremely quickly, that's the whole problem. It becomes much easier for children to become addicted because they don't know when to stop and receive higher doses, unlike with cigarettes, where there is a certain dose.
