All the key contenders who had the most votes at this Congress were the people Ninova had personally placed next to her. This was said by Anton Kutev, former spokesman for the caretaker government of Galab Donev, on the air of "The Day Begins" on BNT. He commented on the 51st Congress of the BSP and the election of the party chairman.
"Ninova had to be removed because she was terribly harmful - by turning the entire ideology of the party around, she practically expelled key people from the BSP", Kutev pointed out.
"The "Ninova" era is over, he added.
Kutev pointed out that he never considered it important who was the chairman of the party, excluding Ninova. It is important who the Executive Bureau, the National Council is, he noted.
"Over time we will see what this will lead to, but it will be better than the previous one," he added.
