There are now nine parties in the National Assembly after the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the CEC, with which “Majesty” enters the parliament. The majority supporting the government will no longer be 126 votes, but will remain a majority and will rely on exactly 121 deputies, Nova TV reports.
In order for “Majesty” to enter, GERB loses three deputies and now has 66. With two fewer, they will now be from “Vazrazhdane”. „We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria”, „There is such a people”, „BSP-United Left”, „DPS-New Beginning” and MECH are parting with one MP each. The Alliance for Rights and Freedoms does not lose a single MP.
