According to him, GERB leader Boyko Borisov and the leader of “DPS - New Beginning” are in sync.
“I'm not saying it because it's fashionable and many people assume so, but because I'm telling you and I know it's true. Borisov and Peevski have regular contact between them and it's not from yesterday at all, and it will continue. Their interests are intertwined and they are political animals that need each other to exist, and that will not change,” he said.
According to Vassilev, Peevski will guarantee that there will be no successful no-confidence vote.
“Dogan is in an extremely unpleasant position. Borisov is both promising him a way out of power and not giving him the way out that they want. There is no way he will not take anything, but they are working on Dogan's fear that early elections will be even more unpleasant for them. They are using Dogan to cover up the alliance between them. This is Dogan's function and it is very unpleasant for him as well," he added.
The political analyst believes that the elections in Bulgaria are organized extremely poorly and the figures behind this organized criminal group are in the National Assembly.
“Glavchev's previous cabinet and especially the Minister of Interior Atanas Ilkov, who boasted about how good the elections were organized, now I really want journalists to go and seek them out for comment,” Vassilev also said.
