Two workers were injured this afternoon in Vratsa during the dismantling of facilities, the “Labor Inspectorate“ (DIT) announced. According to initial information, they are around 30 years old and are citizens of Serbia.
They were hired by the company, which is closing its operations in Vratsa, to carry out dismantling. While working, they were crushed by racks. The signal to the directorate was sent around 16:00. The DIT continues to work on the case, and all documents provided to them will be checked in order to clarify the cause of the incident.
A medical helicopter transported the injured men to Sofia, their condition is serious, announced the Multi-profile Hospital for Active Treatment “Hristo Botev“ - Vratsa.
