Eight cars were burned to ashes on Monday night in Kozloduy. The cars burned in two different places in the city in the “Edno” neighborhood - near blocks 26 and 27.
Georgi Stoyanov is one of several detained on Monday. He said that he received photos and videos of the arson and posted the footage on Facebook. A few hours later, a report was made on 112 that he was the one responsible for the crime. In the morning, Stoyanov was detained, Nova TV reported.
He lives in the neighboring village of Glozhene. His cousin lived near the burned cars. It was Georgi's relative who witnessed the fires. “The arson is 100% intentional”, Stoyanov is categorical.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case.
We recall that a few days ago five cars in the Burgas complex “Slaveykov” were also set on fire. One of them was completely burned, and the others - with serious material damage.
