On Thursday, MECH will submit a new vote of no confidence in the government of Rosen Zhelyazkov. It will be on the topic of corruption, Nova TV reports.
It is expected to be supported by the signatures of „Vazrazhdane” and „Velichye”. There was a conversation with PP-DB, who, however, stated that they will not support a vote of no confidence against the cabinet until the convergence report.
A week ago, the government survived the first vote of no confidence against it. It was submitted by „Vazrazhdane” and supported by the deputies from “Velichye” and MECH. The motive was the systematic failure of the cabinet in foreign policy. As expected, only 54 deputies voted “for”, and 150 were “against”.
Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov thanked the deputies who supported him, emphasizing that in this way they had affirmed the European perspective for our country. The Speaker of the Parliament Natalia Kiselova specified that proposals for a new vote of no confidence on the same topic cannot be made in the next six months.
