Borisov on the case against Kiril Petkov: I have forgiven him - 1

I have forgiven him. The judges simply need to forgive him, because the violations are visible. Especially since the recordings of them partying while they tortured us in front of our children came out, it's not pretty, but this could set Bulgaria back. I only look forward. This is what Boyko Borisov commented on for "Around the World and at Home" regarding the case against Kiril Petkov for the arrest of the GERB leader.

The trial will begin on June 10. The court accepted that there were no significant violations, the indictment is clear and complete, and the defendant Petkov's right to defense has not been violated. Over 30 witnesses will be questioned in the case regarding the investigation and arrest of Boyko Borisov, Vladislav Goranov and Sevdelina Arnaudova in March 2022.

During the investigation, Boyko Borisov was not questioned as a witness.

However, the prosecution will request that Borisov be summoned for questioning in court, as according to other testimony, he witnessed facts and circumstances that are relevant to the case.

Kiril Petkov has been brought to trial for two crimes. He exceeded his rights as Prime Minister by ordering police chiefs to launch an investigation against Boyko Borisov, Vladislav Goranov and Sevdelina Arnaudova on March 17, 2022. And then ordered all three to be arrested.
