Stoyan Bratoev is obstructing because roughly 500 million leva is about to be spent, where there are obviously quite serious intentions. Evil tongues are heard. We are talking about huge commissions. The Sofia Municipal Council (SOC) has divided into two types of municipal councilors - those who enter into corruption schemes and those who do not. It was not only Krasimir Galabov. Vladislav Todorov was also supposed to vote, but he did not appear in the hall, which meant that 31 votes were not enough. There was also a person from PP-DB, who also did not appear. This was commented on by the municipal councilor from "Vazrazhdane" Deyan Nikolov on the show "Denyat ON AIR".
He is of the opinion that the change is happening because of commissions worth hundreds of millions.
"We have not given up on pushing through a report with which to change this vicious board of directors of "Metropolitan", after which Bratoev will be reinstated," Nikolov told Bulgaria ON AIR. According to him, public transport in Sofia is operating at a loss, and "Toplofikatsiya Sofia" has 2 billion leva in debts because the company is not managed well.
"The idea of a concession is most likely being considered. The state can undertake to clear its debts, someone can take over the company and through lobbying increase prices through KEVR for end users, then it may turn out that it will make a profit," the municipal councilor pointed out. When asked what "Vazrazhdane"'s assessment of the government was, he replied "at least minus 2".
"The government was created for corruption purposes. They want to capitalize state-owned enterprises, which is an accounting loophole. The deficit is not 3%, it is probably around 5-6-7%", Nikolov added.
According to him, the pension reform is related to a decision by the European Commission (EC) to direct various funds to the arms sector.
