In recent months, intensive work has been done on industrial parks. In just a few months, the construction of such began in various parts of the country, mainly in the northern part.
The money allocated under the Plan for the recovery of the approved projects is BGN 212 million. However, other similar projects are being implemented outside of them. One of them is Tsalapitsa Industrial Park. Its value is EUR 160,400,000. It will spread over an area of 651,162 square meters, in 74 land properties. It is not planned to have a production activity, but a TIR parking lot (with a capacity of 100 parking spaces) will be built; charging stations for electric cars (20 each); gas station; a restaurant with a capacity of up to 100 visitors, catering establishments and a commercial establishment with an area of up to 1000 square meters. In addition, the construction of a warehouse and logistics base with an area of 250,000 square meters is planned.
On the territory of the park, there will be mainly facilities serving the users of the “Thrakia“ highway, according to the investment proposal. In order to access the objects, it is planned to build a new connection with AM “Trakia“, and new internal roads will be built inside the park.
The expectations are that the new jobs on the territory of the park will be about 700.
