In the first quarter of 2024, 400 real estate valuation transactions were recorded in the emirate of Ajman at totaling over 1.92 billion dirhams ($523 million). This was announced by Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman.
The number of real estate valuation transactions turned out to be 129% more compared to the same period of 2023. It is noteworthy that the department registered 277 real estate valuation transactions for obtaining golden visas. investors for a total of 669 million dirhams (182 million USD).
