Bayern Munich started 2025 with success after winning 1:0 against Borussia Mönchengladbach in a match from the 16th round of the Bundesliga, BTA reports.

In the first half, Bayern were the better team on the pitch, with the hosts from Borussia failing to get a single shot on Manuel Neuer's goal.

In the second 45 minutes, the visitors from Munich continued to press, but it was not until midway through the half that Kane gave them the lead with his precise penalty kick. Only after the goal did the hosts from Gladbach open up and in the final minutes the match became extremely interesting. Attacks on one goal and the other followed one after the other, but miraculously no new goal was scored.
