Elizara Yaneva qualified for the singles final of the hard court tennis tournament in Manacor (Spain), which has a prize fund of 15 thousand dollars, BTA reports. The 17-year-old Bulgarian convincingly defeated the Dane Johanne Kristine Svendsen in the semifinals with 6:2, 6:1 in 69 minutes.
Yaneva made two breakthroughs on her way to success in the first set. In the second part, the Bulgarian gave only one game to her opponent and convincingly achieved success.
This is the fourth consecutive victory for Yaneva in the tournament with only one lost set. In the title match tomorrow she will play against Astrid Liu Yan Fung (France). This is the Bulgarian's first final in a women's tournament on the ITF circuit.
