Slavia and CSKA 1948 did not produce a winner in the last match of the XXI round of efbet League, Sportal.bg reported.
The match offered a lot of struggle on the field and two own goals. In the 27th minute, the defender of the guests from Bistritsa Asen Georgiev found his own net after a cross from the right of Vladimir Nikolov. The tie was restored in the 73rd minute, when Ertan Tombak intervened in front of the goal line of the Slavists, after which the ball stopped in the net. Goalkeeper Nikolay Krastev recorded a strong 90 minutes for the hosts, who distinguished himself with five or six saves.
The match at the "Alexander Shalamanov" stadium was supposed to start at 17:30, but due to the snow clearing of the pitch, the first referee's signal sounded at 18:00. The "whites" starting eleven includes Karl Fabien, who is set to transfer to Levski.
Before the start of the match, the hosts put a lot of effort into cleaning the pitch, with the sports and technical staffs of both clubs, as well as the "whites" players, joining in the laborious work. Thus, at 18:00, referee Stanimir Trenchev gave the start of the "icy" show in "Ovcha Kupel".
The first real goal opportunity opened up for the guests from Bistritsa in the 20th minute. A mistake by Slavia's defense allowed Birsent Karagaren to jump out alone against goalkeeper Nikolay Krastev. However, the captain of CSKA 1948 was unable to overcome the Levski youth player.
In the 27th minute, Slavia took the lead. Vladimir Nikolov "threw" a few feints down the right wing, then crossed sharply near the touchline. The ball was deflected by Assen Georgiev, who had a slim chance to send it into his own net - 1:0 for Zlatomir Zagorcic's men.
In the 60th minute, Birsent Karagaren touched the equalizer, but failed. Tallis crossed softly from the left, despite the resistance of the national team player Ertan Tombak, and the CSKA 1948 striker intercepted the ball with his head. The shot of Biskata, as the fans call him, however, went inches from the left side post of the home team's goal. In the 67th minute, Karagaren tested Nikolay Krastev's vigilance with a shot from 17-18 meters, but the Slavia goalkeeper caught the ball without any problems.
There followed minutes in which the ball lingered around Slavia's penalty area for a while, which led to several consecutive corners in front of Nikolay Krastev's frame. In one such in the 73rd minute, Reyan Daskalov intercepted the cross, and Ertan Tombak found himself in the way of the ball, sending it irretrievably behind his goalkeeper - 1:1.
In the 77th minute, Slavia missed and was close to a second goal. Levi Ntumba fired a long-range shot, and then the 24-year-old French goalkeeper of CSKA 1948 saved a goal-scoring shot by Chung Nguyen Do. After 60 seconds, Christopher Acheampong tried a sharp cross from the right, and a moment later the ball landed on the top bar of the Slavians' goal. In the 90th minute, the reserve in the team from Bistritsa Mario Ilievski was close to scoring, but Nikolay Krastev cleared his shot, which came after a mix-up after a corner.
