Vladimir Putin: Europe preferred Joe Biden, but now everyone will bend their tails to their master Donald Trump - 1

Russian President Vladimir Putin says that US President Donald Trump will restore order quite quickly and that European elites will "stand at the feet of the master" and "bend their tails". Putin said this in an interview with Pavel Zarubin, RIA Novosti reports.

"I assure you: Trump with his character, with his stubbornness, he will bring order there quite quickly. And all of them, you will see - it will happen quickly, soon - they will all stand at the feet of the master and bend their tails a little. Everything will fall into place"

"European elites liked Joe Biden more, and Donald Trump has different ideas about what is right and what is wrong", Putin commented.

"Under Biden, Europe was happy to do everything that Washington ordered.

Politicians in Europe fought with Trump, interfered in the US election process and got confused after his victory".

"European leaders of the past had the courage to fight for their own opinion, today there are no such people", Putin believes.

"European elites who ban alternative political ideas are "political petty". From the point of view of European interests, this is a disaster," the Russian president also commented.

"As for the invitation or non-invitation (for Russia) to events related to the liberation of Auschwitz, this is, of course, so strange and shameful for those who did it."

"The Europeans could have done something more subtle and invited the liberators or their relatives to the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz."

"It is very strange to invite people who chose Stepan Bandera as a national hero to the event," Putin commented.

"The invitation of the former head of state, who applauds former SS soldiers, perpetrators of the Holocaust, who personally exterminated Jews with their own hands, also causes bewilderment."

"Today's The Ukrainian leadership has elevated Bandera to the rank of a national hero, he is a symbol of Ukrainian statehood.

Polish society knows about Bandera's guilt in the Holocaust and from time to time reminds its political leadership of it," Putin pointed out.

"Today's German society has nothing to do with Hitler's coming to power and the outbreak of World War II," the Russian president added.
