The President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, who is on an official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, met with King Abdullah II. In his speech, the President noted the strong partnership between Kazakhstan and Jordan and the significant personal contribution of the King to strengthening Kazakh-Jordanian ties.

In the presence of the heads of state, the following documents were signed by members of the official delegations:
* Memorandum of Understanding on Industrial Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan;
* Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Atomic Energy Commission of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan;
* Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supplies of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan;
* Cooperation Agreement between JSC National Company Samruk-Kazyna and the Ministry of Investments of the Hashemite Kingdom Jordan;
* Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Republican State Enterprise for the Right of Economic Management “Television and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan“ under the Department for Management of Presidential Property of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Jordanian Radio and Television Corporation.
Tokayev invited the King of Jordan to visit Kazakhstan.
