The foreign ministers of Britain and France said that Russia is not complying with the agreement and is showing an unwillingness to hold peace talks, News.bg reports.
"Over the past three weeks, Russia has continued to attack energy infrastructure and commit war crimes", said French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot, quoted by AFP.
Barrot stressed that President Putin has not shown any desire to reach a ceasefire. "We must increase the pressure on Putin to force him to sit at the negotiating table," the French foreign minister urged.
For his part, British Foreign Minister David Lamy also accused the Russian president of delaying the negotiations and said that Putin must immediately agree to a ceasefire.
