Former US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken recalls that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky himself offered the US Ukrainian underground resources in exchange for military aid. Blinken commented on the deal proposed by Donald Trump in an interview with CNBC.

The former Secretary of State was also outraged by the adjustment in the deal proposed by President Donald Trump's team, calling it "a racket".
"But what we saw in the proposed deal, in my opinion, is just a racket, without protection: we want all this, but we will not actually do anything to protect Ukraine from Russia," he commented.
