South Korea's acting president Han Deok-soo is expected to resign today to clear the way for his candidacy for the full presidency, Yonhap reported, quoted by BTA.
Han is expected to address the nation this afternoon about his resignation and officially announce his candidacy for the presidential election on June 3 on Friday, Yonhap said, citing sources in the government and the ruling party.
