Ford found a new use for "drowned" Mustangs - 1

During the floods caused by the storm that hit New Hampshire (USA) last year, hundreds of brand new Ford Mustangs were flooded and damaged. Initially they were written off and had to be scrapped, but now, the company has decided to give the cars to specialized driving schools to train mechanics.

Ford says that by transferring these "drowned" cars in driving schools, they will help train new technicians. In total, about 300 sports cars affected by the flood were sent to schools for training car mechanics and mechanics.

Before handing over the Mustangs to the schools, specialists from the American brand dried and cleaned them. In order for these cars to be used exclusively as a training manual for future mechanics and never to go out on the roads, the company also issued them special documents.

The automaker notes that not only Mustangs will go to the driving schools for training mechanics, but also other models of the brand that were also affected by the flood. These include the F-150, Explorer, Transit, Escape and Super Duty.
