Today I was at the SDVR to be charged after I voluntarily waived my immunity. The folder from SANS was dozens of pages long. Yes, SANS. The same ones from SANS who yesterday explained from the rostrum of the National Assembly that they do not have the competence to investigate individuals like Pepi Euroto - a prominent influence broker in the judicial system. The hundreds of leaked documents with prosecutorial decrees, Ministry of Interior reports and secret information about the SRC also turned out to be outside the powers of SANS and outside the interests of the Ministry of Interior.
This is what she wrote on her personal page on "Facebook" Lena Borislavova from "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" on the news that she has already been charged. Here's what else she shared:
"The indictment is the moment when the accused person first becomes acquainted with all the materials and evidence collected by the prosecutor's office and the police.
I sat in the investigating police officer's office, among piles of folders and worn-out furniture, leafing through and reading.

I, unlike Euroto, am clearly a subject of higher operational interest for our native police and prosecutor's office. I feel flattered.
I will fully cooperate with the judicial authorities. I have nothing to hide. Nor anything to worry about. Because I have not committed a crime. But it will take me time to prove it in court.
Until then, I will continue to ask what Sarafov and the Ministry of Interior are doing to combat organized crime and political corruption, influence schemes in the judicial system and when will someone be held accountable. Today I asked another question to the Minister of Interior about whether he will sanction the employees of the Ministry of Interior who leaked information about Pepi Euroto and Martin Notarius.
