Yotova: The situation with MECH did not comply with the NA regulations, Kiselova was right - 1

From a procedural point of view, Assoc. Prof. Nataliya Kiselova was absolutely right about the deletion of MECH's PG. Obviously, the situation did not comply with the NA regulations, and today this mistake was corrected through an amendment to it. This was commented on by Vice President Iliana Yotova to journalists.

According to her, after the Constitutional Court's decision, the government has become even more stable. "I am pleased that a very serious crisis was resolved in several aspects - in terms of procedure, parliamentarism and political relations in the country. I do not want to be anyone's judge, but as a citizen, I am worried that the regulations turn out to be stronger than the Constitution, since it is possible to work with less than the legal number of MPs. The dignity and political affiliation of each MP must be respected, as must the integrity of the groups when there are attempts to violate it through procedural rules. Every MP is sent to the National Assembly by the will of the voters," Yotova commented.

According to her, there is nothing wrong with submitting a vote of no confidence in the government from "Vazrazhdane" if signatures are collected.
