The average price of the 100 apartments in question is 1.33 billion Russian rubles, or 14 million USD. In total, all these 100 properties are worth 133 billion rubles, or 1.4 billion USD. The average price of an apartment is 14 million USD. The most expensive home offered is priced at 7.5 billion rubles.
The average price per square meter is 4.3 million rubles.
The square footage of the properties starts from 64 sq.m and reaches up to 1000 sq.m of built-up area. Nearly 40% of these 100 luxury apartments in Moscow are over 300 sq.m. 80% of the properties are from the primary market, i.e. are completely new apartments, and the remaining 20% are from the secondary market.
