At the initiative of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Eng. Violeta Koritarova, a meeting was held in the MRDPW to discuss the functionalities of the new cadastral-administrative information system.
We are open to dialogue and are available for meetings and conversations so that the system can function fully in the shortest possible time, Minister Koritarova told the participants in the meeting.
"Training meetings will be held in an express manner", said the executive director of “Information Services“ AD Ivaylo Filipov. The training is organized jointly with the geodetic organizations and with the participation of representatives of the AGKK and will be held on January 22. Work is being done to eliminate bugs.
"Improvements are being made to the system every day", the executive director of AGKK, Milen Dimiev, told the participants.
For their part, the professional organizations expressed their admiration for the introduction of the new information system and shared the difficulties they are encountering until the system is fully operational.
During the conversation, it became clear that the system already has a "Frequently Asked Questions" section, where users can find instructions for working with it.
At the end of the meeting, it became clear that the feedback and dialogue between the parties will continue at an expert level so that the new system can be as useful as possible to everyone.
The new AGKK information system was implemented on December 16, 2024 and replaced the one built in the period 2006-2008. It was developed by “Information Services“ AD in partnership with “Mapex“ AD and ESRI Bulgaria OOD and meets the modern requirements for network and information security, as well as the expected loads in providing data and services. The goal is to improve both the speed and accessibility of administrative services. All available cadastral and specialized data systems in the AGCC have been integrated into a single environment for user management, workflows, security and databases.
With the introduction of the new system of the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre, a portal for testing data and submitting it for subsequent processing has been implemented, in order to improve their quality.
