Six competitors from the Republic of Korea swimming team have left the Olympic Village due to dissatisfaction with its location in relation to the pool where the events of the Paris Games will be held , RMC Sport reported, BTA reported.
The decision was made after the athletes traveled to the pool by public transport for almost two hours instead of 45 minutes. Also, one of the athletes says that it is very warm in the vehicles.
RMC Sport reported that the athletes have moved to a hotel that is a five-minute walk from the pool.
The swimming events at the Paris Olympics will be held from July 27 to August 4.
