Ferrari has announced that it is expanding its system to accept cryptocurrency payments to its European dealer network from the end of this month. This is reported by Reuters.
The system was launched in the US last year and will now be rolled out to other Ferrari dealers around the world, with Europe by the end of 2024.
The Italian company accepts cryptocurrency payments to satisfy the needs of its wealthy clients, although most companies avoid such payments due to the volatility of cryptocurrencies.
Ferrari has partnered with BitPay, one of the largest cryptocurrency payment processors that enables transactions in various cryptocurrencies such as “Bitcoins” and “ethers“.
