Russia continues its advance in Donetsk region. According to the analysis of the DeepState project, which monitors and marks the movement of Russian troops on a map, movement has been registered near five settlements in the region, reports News.bg.
The Russian army has reached Trudovo and Kurakhovo, and progress has also been noted near Shevchenko, Vozrozhdeniya and Pushkino.
In recent days, Russian forces have occupied four settlements, which further complicates the situation in the Velika Novosilka area. Tensions in the region continue to rise, prompting new calls for support from the Ukrainian government.
Last week, the president of Ukraine made a request for additional weapons, stressing the importance of helping to strengthen the Donbas front.
