Fourth place is for the German national carrier - Lufthansa - 39 billion USD in revenues. The bronze medal goes to American Airlines with revenues of 52.8 billion USD. In second place is United Airlines with revenues of 53.7 billion USD. And the leader is Delta Airlines.
